This is where 13 Dentist will work for you. Using an effective mix of marketing mediums, 13 Dentist will deliver patients from your area to your practice. Once you are a member, patients calling the 13 Dentist number or visiting the 13 Dentist website will automatically be connected through to your practice. No call centres giving patients the wrong information, the patient gets to talk directly with your front desk or email your inbox.

The 13 Dentist system divides the country into 225 regions, based on a population of approximately 100,000 people per region. Your region will include your immediate suburb as well as surrounding suburbs.
Additionally, there are no rules regarding ownership of more than one region once you have purchased your own region.

Once you have purchased a region, it is guaranteed to be yours for up to 20 years. You are only committed to 12 months membership initially and thereafter can renew every year with the knowledge of always having the first option on your region. Unlike the bullying tactics of some national mediums, your position is your position and will not be sold from beneath you.
Firstly, there is a once off membership fee of $5,000 plus GST per region. This secures your area and puts you in the system.
Your monthly membership fee is $995 plus GST. It is this fee that will be spent on national and local advertising.
Finally, you have the running cost of your telephone number, which is $55 plus GST per month plus local calls at 8cents per minute and national calls at 12 cents per minute. So if you handle 50, 2-minute local calls your monthly charge will be approximately $63.
Ever noticed how some of your advertising costs just magically increase each year for no reason, or that you are forced to take a bigger sized ad to maintain your position? Well, your contract with 13 Dentist states that the only increase in costs for the first 5 years will be at CPI rates. (And the only reason we limit it to 5 years is that we are subjected to advertising rate increases ourselves and can not predict after this time).

Similarly, when you place your advertisement with Yellow Pages, you have no guarantee of what cases you will achieve, however, based on your previous experience, you have enough confidence that it will work for you.
