I initially employed IDM's services in 2006 before the creation of my new practice Apple Dental at Lane Cove in Sydney. At the time I asked them to give me the complete package from my logo, information brochures, water bottles, paper cups, sticky notes, stickers, balloons, newsletters, magnets, pens, you name it.

One of the most important things they did for me however was the creation of my website. The original version presented my practice in the professional light I needed, as well as providing important information for existing and prospective patients.

Recently IDM optimized my website for better search engine visibility amongst other changes including adding a patient education video and more pages of information. Patients buy on trust and loyalty should be rewarded. Through IDM I use a Practice Newsletter to communicate with my patient base, educate them about our practice, the services we provide and dentistry in general.

The benefits are obvious, patients feel connected, their dental IQ increases and they then start requesting comprehensive dental solutions. An added bonus is hearing of the newsletter being handed around to others.

The way IDM helps technically minded dentists deliver their messages in a light lay manner is very clever and I am indebted to them for their guidance over the years.
